My Story

​

I am deeply committed to healing the mind, body, and soul—approaching wellness as an integrated, ongoing practice rather than a single session.

 

As a yoga practitioner, breathwork enthusiast, and self-proclaimed health nut, I believe in living what I teach: supporting the body’s natural intelligence through mindful movement, balanced living, and intentional self-care.

Beyond the treatment room, I’m a nature nerd with a love for plants, animals, and lifelong learning.

 

Whether I’m exploring the outdoors, studying new wellness practices, or spending time with my partner and dogs, curiosity, kindness and compassionate care are at the core of my ethos.

​

My goal is to create a safe, restorative space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, find relief from pain and stress, and leave feeling more grounded and at ease.

 

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief—when we care for the whole self, true healing becomes possible.
